Marco Caneva is a financial entrepreneur and international business leader who brings over 25 years of experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer at BrYet.

Caneva launched his career at Goldman Sachs in London, where he spent a decade working across both the Italian and Healthcare teams, advising on a range of complex transactions and strategic initiatives. He subsequently became Chief Investment Officer of a multi-billion-dollar family office. In 2017, Caneva co-founded an independent advisory firm with three partners. The firm focuses on advising U.S. and U.K.-based private equity and venture capital funds investing in Italy, as well as supporting Italian companies in executing acquisitions in the United States. Through his work, he has developed deep expertise in cross-border transactions and strategic growth initiatives.

Caneva currently serves on the boards of three publicly listed companies and two private companies, where he contributes to governance and strategic direction. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Genoa in Italy and an MBA from UCLA.
