Position Summary:

In view of the expansion of its clinical trials plans for lead drug ML-016 and the upcoming pipeline products, BrYet is seeking candidates for the position of Director or Manager of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pharmaceutical production in the USA, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards (e.g. FDA, EMA, TGA), operational excellence, and product quality. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in GMP-compliant manufacturing environments, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical technologies and operational efficiency.

Required qualifications include:

10+ years of corporate experience in the field, including small molecule chemotherapeutics, delivery systems, and innovative formulations. Demonstrated ability to develop and validate innovative manufacturing protocols for innovative, first-of-kind products and the ability to work with an integrated multidisciplinary team are a plus.

Education & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related life sciences.
• Additional qualifications in management or operations (MBA or similar) are desired but not required.
