Dawn is Chief Administrative Officer at BrYet. With over 20 years of experience, she leads corporate operations and organizational integration, supporting the company’s clinical development strategy and growth. Dawn oversees human resources, corporate governance, compliance, and administrative infrastructure, working closely with executive leadership to strengthen operational systems and align internal capabilities with regulatory milestones and strategic partnerships as BrYet advances ML-016 toward first-in-human trials.

Prior to joining BrYet, Dawn served in senior leadership roles in the United States Air Force. Dawn was a principal advisor to command, responsible for personnel readiness and operational effectiveness across complex mission environments. She led large multidisciplinary teams and coordinated mission-critical operations across maintenance, logistics, security, medical, and command organizations supporting aircraft fleets valued at more than $15 billion. Dawn brings deep expertise in operational integration, workforce development, and disciplined execution to support BrYet’s long-term success in oncology drug development.
