Dawn Cox is an accomplished operations and human resources leader with over 20 years of experience driving organizational effectiveness and large-scale mission execution. Before joining BrYet, Dawn served in the United States Air Force, where she held senior leadership roles managing teams of more than 800 personnel and overseeing global operations, compliance, and workforce development. She brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and the design of systems that strengthen organizational performance and culture.

At BrYet, Dawn leads the company’s operational strategy, integrating regulatory, human resources, and administrative frameworks to support rapid growth as the company advances ML-016 into first-in-human trials. Her background in building high-performing teams, navigating complex compliance environments, and scaling operations ensures BrYet’s foundation is aligned for long-term success in oncology drug development.
