Gary Brewster is a successful operating executive and advisor with over 30 years of business experience. He has provided financial and strategic advisory services to healthcare and life sciences companies undergoing transformational initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances, strategic investments, and financings. Gary developed and implemented innovative methods for firms to analyze and exploit risky, technology-oriented investments. Prior to joining BrYet, Gary was a senior member of the Houlihan Lokey biopharmaceuticals practice, led the development and expansion of the HL FVA industry pivot, and served on the executive committee of the FVA business.

Gary’s career experience included being a senior consultant with PriceWaterhouse Coopers, and an industrial engineer with IBM. Gary received his Masters of Business Adminstration from the Wharton School and an B.S. in Industrial Engineering at Stanford University.
