Luca Rancan

Director

Luca Rancan is Chief Executive Officer at Gratitude Holding. He also serves as Director on the Board. Luca has been active in strategy and financial services for more than 17 years and has an in-depth knowledge of strategic advisory and financial markets.

Prior to joining Gratitude Holding, Luca served as senior manager to Boston Consulting Group, where he gained much of his experience by advising large companies on innovation and change projects in heavily regulated environments, both in Europe, North America and North Africa. His experience spans a broad spectrum, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, merger and acquisition, high-frequency trading, and financial derivatives structuring.

Luca received a BS in Management and Production Engineering, and a MS in Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy. Luca also holds a MS in Finance from London Business School, UK.
